Technical Sequence - Descending Slurs

The isolated exercises in this technical sequence are designed to help you practice left-hand ascending slurs. To execute descending slurs “pull-off” at a 45-degree angle down and away being careful not to squeeze or hold tension and ensuring that the second note of the slur sounds almost as loudly as the first.
