2025 National Teacher Summits

We’ve wrapped up one of our favorite parts of the year: our teacher summits. With two Summits this year in Columbia, South Carolina and Austin, Texas, we had the opportunity to work with teachers from all over the country.

This year, we wanted to make sure we created an environment where we not only shared our thoughts and philosophies with teachers, but we also received incredible ideas and inspiration. We feel so fortunate to have connected with and heard perspectives from teachers who have been working tirelessly on the ground to establish regional and state ensembles for the students in their area, teaching their students the importance of perseverance and collaboration, and advocating for arts programs all over the country.

“I can only imagine how much time, planning and let’s face it, money went into putting it together. Just know that it is valued very much. We thought we were going to a Guitar Summit which would be professional development, never did I expect that it would be more like “spiritual” development. It was the most informative, motivating and fun training I have ever had. I have been using GuitarCurriculum for over 10 years but not until I met with you all in person were my eyes truly opened to ACG’s philosophy, and I immediately knew I wanted to be part of it… We may be over 550 miles across the state, but I see that as a good thing. That way we may help to spread that philosophy across El Paso and perhaps beyond.”

This all begins with you. Teachers who show up on the first day of school, ready to put guitars in your students’ hands and create beautiful music from the very start.

You come back to GuitarCurriculum year after year and put your trust in us. Whether it’s the method books on your music stands, or the repertoire straight from our music library, you choose to support us so we can support you. Not only is this impacting the beautiful sound coming from your classroom, but it’s fostering a relationship with your students of joy and trust.

“I wanted to say it was such a joy to learn from you all. It is so clear that you guys, like me, absolutely love teaching classical guitar. Thank you!

“I cannot say enough good things about the GC content! I used the Level 1-4 method from day one last year and it was so effective. It amazes me how students are able to perform beautiful, interesting, layered music from the beginning. I also love how the different levels show student progress. It was really easy to show what we needed to master before students moved on. Plus, the accomplishment of "leveling up"! Wow.”
